Grande Hotel Do Porto

We had a fantastic time staying in this centrally located hotel. It is right in the heart of the city, on a lively shopping street, making it convenient for exploring all the sites. The room was comfortable and had a modern bathroom, with a powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of food to choose from. The hotel also had a beautiful dining room and a cosy bar, which added to the overall charm of our experience.

The décor in some parts of the hotel, particularly on the lower level, seemed a bit outdated.

I recently had a fabulous stay at a hotel in the heart of a popular shopping district. The attention to detail was impressive, from the welcoming staff to the comfortable bed. The basic amenities, including the en-suite bathroom with an almost impossible to use shower, were all in place. What made my stay even better was the delicious breakfast with traditional Portuguese food, which was included in the rate. At about 16 Euros, it was definitely great value for money.

All in all, everything was just ok.

I was really surprised by the unique layout of my room at Grande Hotel Do Porto. The bathroom and sitting area on one level, with the bedroom up a small set of stairs, added a touch of charm to my stay. Despite limited space for storage in the bedroom, the room itself wasvery comfy and tidy. the friendly staff and tasty breakfast buffet made my experience more fun. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and distinctive rooms.
